Introducing
Visual Workflows
Build complex automated pipelines by dragging nodes onto a canvas. Connect multiple sources, transform your data, and send it anywhere.

Flywheel now has a visual workflow builder.
Drag sources onto a canvas. Connect them to transforms, joins, and destinations. Watch your data flow through each step in real-time. Build the kind of automated pipelines that used to require custom code—without writing any.
What's New
Connect multiple sources
Pull data from S3, Google Cloud Storage, Postgres, BigQuery, Firestore—all in the same workflow. No more running separate imports and trying to stitch them together.
Join data from different places
Have customer data in one system and order data in another? Drop a Join node between them. Match records on any field and combine them into a single stream.
Send to multiple destinations
One workflow can write to BigQuery for analytics, save to Flywheel for your app, and generate a CSV download—all at once. No duplicating work.
Transform along the way
Add Transform nodes to reshape your data, Filter nodes to route records based on conditions, and Enrichment nodes to look up additional data mid-flow.
Available Nodes
Sources
S3, GCS, Postgres, BigQuery, Firestore, DynamoDB, and more
Transforms
Reshape fields, calculate values, and format your data
Joins
Combine records from multiple sources on matching keys
Filters
Route records based on conditions and field values
Enrichment
Look up additional data from databases mid-workflow
Destinations
BigQuery, Postgres, Flywheel storage, file downloads, webhooks
Example Use Cases
Combine CRM + billing data
Pull contacts from your CRM and invoices from your billing system. Join them on customer ID to see full customer profiles with payment history.
ETL to your data warehouse
Connect directly from S3 or GCS to BigQuery. Transform the data along the way. No intermediate storage, no extra steps.
Sync + backup in one workflow
Pull from your production database, send to Flywheel for your app, and simultaneously write to GCS as a backup—all from a single workflow run.
What's Next
The visual workflow model unlocks a lot more than just moving data around.
Next up: sources like Gmail, X, HubSpot—the places where your actual business conversations happen. And AI agent nodes that can use everything upstream as context.
Imagine: pull your recent support emails, join with customer data from your CRM, and have an AI agent summarize patterns or draft responses—all in one workflow you can see and tweak.
That's the vision. Workflows that connect your business data to AI that actually understands the context.
